Domestics & Commercial
Suitable for cutting walls and floors at a depth of up to 150mm. We have a range of hydraulic, electric and petrol saws that we can use depending on the specifics of the site.
We use this method when you need to create precise circular cuts in walls or floors. Our core drilling machines can drill holes between 12mm to 120mm in diameter, and have specialised diamond cores to ensure greater precision.
For when you need to drill into extremely hard foundations. Our rock drillers are extremely strong and heavy-duty, and are capable of drilling dowel bar holes into bridge sides and concrete slabs. All of our drilling machines are supported by counter weights so as to maintain balance and a safe work environment.
Often used together with a hand saw, a ring saw can cut depths of between 260mm to 275mm with a precision that a wall saw wouldn’t be able to achieve. Ring saws are hand-held and electric powered.
The ideal method for cutting through heavily reinforced concrete at depths of up to 750mm. wall sawing creates very clean and straight cuts and are also highly effective when used on steel or masonry. Wall saws are powered by a hydraulic-powered cutting head that’s then mounted onto a metal track and bolted to the roof, floor or wall.
When you need to cut through flat surfaces like asphalt, concrete road cutting and slabs, it’s best to use either an electric or diesel-powered road saw for their superior manoeuvrability and ability to cut to depths of up to 400mm. Road sawing is one of the fastest cutting methods currently available, and is often used for creating expansion cuts or removing damaged sections of roads.
Perfect for cutting across all sizes of heavily reinforced concrete, this method utilises diamond bead cables that rapidly spin when moved through the surface. Due to the minimal amount of noise and disruption that this method emits, it’s often an ideal technique for occupied sites, such as homes.
Vic Sawing & Drilling not only cut, saw and drill concrete, but we also remove it so that your home or workplace can go back to normal as soon as possible. We’ll cut up the concrete into smaller pieces and will provide removal bins so that the unwanted concrete can be removed safely and efficiently.
